The North Bay Culture Plan is a idea to repurposed, re-imagine three key areas in Scarborough's North Bay, that would reinvigorate the area. Our plan's aim is to support growth while hitting on the following values:

Provide financial growth by providing jobs and space for creative industries by 2025.

Provide affordable living and workspace for individuals and families by 2027, with first builds completed by 2023.

Increase tourism with a cultural contemporary space by 2025-26.

Provide "award-winning" eco-friendly buildings with 90% green energies.

Support the high street by providing a free eco-bus to and from the North Bay.

We plan to achieve these values with the following projects.
Arthouse Campus
Peasholm Gap.
Development of living and work spaces for working creatives. Including Artist Studios, Music Studios, Production Suites and Office Space. Business case and proposal are available on request.
Scarborough Contemporary
Former water park on Royal Albert Dr.
Development of a Contemporary Arts Space, showcasing the Visual, Preformming and Conceptual Arts.
Peasholm Film Studios
Former Mr. Marvels site off Burningston Road and Royal Albert Dr.
Development of Film Studios and production suites, with site for housing.
